Can I return an item I purchased?
We want you looking your best, so it is not a problem if you would like to exchange a purchased item for a different size or style, as long as the item is in a resalable condition (still has tags, unwashed, unworn).
If you decide that you would prefer a full refund, this can also be arranged.
For Australian orders we offer easy returns.
To make a return
If encountering any issues, please email email@example.com with the details of your order including order # and style / colour / size of your purchase. Indicate the reason for your return, and If applicable, indicate the style, colour & size of your desired replacement item.
Place items you wish to return in to a package or envelope and send to the returns address listed below. Include a copy of the original invoice and your returns email. Lord Edward is not responsible for lost shipments.

My item is damaged/faulty
We ensure strict quality controls however if you receive an item that is faulty, we apologise. We will replace your item free of charge – As long as the garment hasn’t been misused and the care instructions have been followed. Claims must be made within 30 days of purchase date.
